UHOne individual plans may be listed under plan names DentalWise and DentalWise Max. The carrier names will be either Golden Rule Insurance Company (GRIC) or Chesapeake Life Insurance Company (CLICO).
Benefits for DentalWise and DentalWise Max plans are based on the member's effective month, not the calendar year. Although some systems may display a January 1 plan year start date, that date does not reflect the member's actual benefit cycle.
When verifying coverage or accumulations, use the member's effective date and contact customer service if additional verification is needed.
