New Jersey: Revalidate your Medicaid ID

New Jersey Medicaid providers are required to revalidate their Medicaid ID every 5 years to remain contracted with UnitedHealthcare Community Plan (UHCCP).

What you need to do

• Contact Gainwell Technologies at 833-909-1522 to confirm your revalidation status
• Visit NJMMIS online and complete any required revalidation steps
• Take action as soon as possible to avoid interruptions in network participation

Failure to maintain an active New Jersey Medicaid ID may result in termination from the UHCCP network. If terminated, you will not be reimbursed for services provided to UHCCP members and must complete credentialing requirements again after your Medicaid ID is reinstated.
