Spend less time on your credentialing and onboarding requirement

Q3 Word of Mouth newsletter 2022

Your credentialing and onboarding process will soon be faster and easier. In the next few months, you’ll be introduced to our new processing method that lets you digitally complete and submit your documents using Adobe Sign.

We rolled out this new process in California and Texas last fall and have since made it available throughout the Western region. Our next steps are to introduce it in the Southeast, Central and Northeast regions.

Benefits of digital documentation
We understand completing the credentialing requirement can take time away from your practice. That’s why we looked for a way to automate the process. Using the digital tool will help:

  • Accelerate the standard credentialing requirement
  • Create efficiencies so you can spend less time on paperwork and more on your patients
  • Promote sustainability in a paper-free system

Using the new tool
You’ll receive an email from UnitedHealthcare that includes the link to the Adobe Sign tool when it’s time for you to begin the credentialing process. Follow the instructions on the forms. To enroll new associates from your practice or a new location, please reach out to us for the link using the following methods:
